Smart QR Landing Pages: Organize the Page Visitors See
Make the page that opens after a scan easy to use. Choose relevant destinations, give links clear names, check the published page on a phone, and keep the choices current.
Get StartedA clear page after the scan
One QR code can open one GreenQR Link page containing several destination links. Visitors see the named choices and select where to go next.
For the scan-to-choice flow, read QR Code for Multiple Links. This guide focuses on making that page useful.
Make the choices useful
Use these checks when you create the page and when your business information changes.
Choose useful destinations
Include the destinations this audience needs now. A short, relevant list is easier to use than a collection of every link your business has.
Give each link a clear name
Use names such as “View the menu” or “Book a table” so visitors know what opens. Avoid vague labels such as “Click here.”
Make important actions easy to find
Use clear names for the actions that matter most, and keep the list focused. Remove unnecessary choices so visitors do not have to search through a long list.
Check the published page on a phone
Open your GreenQR Link page URL on a phone. Check that the names are readable and that a visitor can identify the useful choices without guesswork.
Test every destination
Open each link and check that it reaches the intended page. A correct URL today does not guarantee that an external destination will remain available.
Remove outdated links
Review the page when your information changes. Edit destinations that have moved and delete blocks for offers, events, or resources that are no longer relevant.
Add a destination link
A Link block has a name and a destination URL.
Add a Link block
In your page editor, choose Add block, then select Link.
Enter a Name
Write the name visitors should see for this destination.
Enter the Destination URL
Enter the URL of the page you want this link to open.
Create the block
Choose Create block. Existing link blocks can later be edited or deleted from the Blocks section using their three-dot menu.
Illustrative example: a neighborhood restaurant
This is an example, not a required setup. A restaurant could offer these five choices:
Menu
Opens the restaurant’s existing menu page.
Reservations
Opens its existing reservation service.
Hours / Contact
Opens a page with current opening hours and contact details.
Reviews
Opens its chosen external review page.
Opens its Instagram profile.
These are destination links to existing pages or services. Menu, reservation, and review services open outside GreenQR Link. Choose names that describe the destination visitors will actually reach.
Plan for a focused page
Free currently includes 1 biolink page and 10 blocks. Pro currently includes 5 biolink pages and 30 blocks.
Choose the destinations you need rather than filling every available block. See the Free QR Code Generator guide for a starting setup.
Keep destinations current
You can update destination links later. The printed QR code can remain the same as long as it still opens the same available GreenQR Link page URL.
After changing a link, open the published page and test the destination again. Remove outdated blocks, and check external pages when their information changes.
Available analytics provide activity and context. Read the QR Code Analytics reference for the metrics and their limitations.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I put on the page?
Choose destinations that help the people scanning your QR code take a useful next step. Include only relevant links, give them clear names, and remove outdated choices.
How many blocks are available?
Free currently includes 1 biolink page and 10 blocks. Pro currently includes 5 biolink pages and 30 blocks. A Link block contains a destination URL and a name.

Yes. Existing link blocks can be edited or removed. The printed QR code can remain the same as long as it still opens the same available GreenQR Link page URL.

How should I check the page before printing the QR?
Open the published page on a phone, check the link names, and test every destination. Then scan the QR code to confirm that it opens the intended GreenQR Link page.
